Dr. Francesca Cavallini is a psychologist with a PhD in Educational Psychology and extensive experience in research, teaching, and professional practice. Her academic work focuses on applying behavioral science principles to education, particularly in supporting children and young people with intellectual disabilities, learning disorders, autism, and other psychological conditions.

She has served as a contract professor at the University of Parma since 2016 and teaches learning disabilities and behavioral science at the Master’s level. Dr. Cavallini is also the founder and director of Tice, the first private Italian non-profit organization offering psychological services based on behavioral science principles. Her work bridges research, education, and practice, contributing to inclusive and effective learning models within the Italian educational context.
