Dr. Emiliano Rubat du Mérac is an Assistant Professor in Experimental Pedagogy at Sapienza University of Rome, within the Department of Social and Developmental Psychology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and Educational Sciences from Sapienza University and a PhD in Pedagogy from the University of Roma Tre.
His research focuses on the development and evaluation of skills, attitudes, and values, as well as the impact of educational environments on learner development and competency-based education. Dr. Rubat du Mérac has served as a UNESCO Consultant and is currently an Academic Advisor for CIVIS on innovative pedagogies. He also acts as Project and Research Manager for the Open Badges EDU initiative at Sapienza University and is a certified practitioner of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, providing training courses for students.
