Dr. Katiuscia Cipri is an experienced engineer, researcher, and project coordinator with a strong background in renewable energy, sustainability, and higher education capacity building. She holds a PhD in Engineering and has extensive experience in coordinating international, EU-funded projects that promote innovation, skills development, and institutional strengthening. Her work focuses on bridging research, education, and practical implementation, particularly within the context of Europe–Africa collaboration.

Within the NISHATI Project, Dr. Cipri plays a central role in coordinating consortium activities, supporting knowledge transfer, and ensuring effective collaboration among partner universities and institutions. She brings expertise in project management, curriculum development, and the integration of sustainable technologies into academic and training programmes. Her professional interests include climate resilience, green energy solutions, and strengthening academic systems to respond to societal and environmental challenges.
