As the Project Coordinator of the NISHATI Project, Sapienza provides strategic leadership, scientific guidance, and overall project management. The University leads the coordination of capacity-building activities across partner institutions, supports the development of innovative curricula in eco-agriculture, water management, and renewable energy, and ensures alignment with Erasmus+ quality standards and Green Deal priorities.
Through NISHATI, Sapienza strengthens international cooperation between Europe and East Africa, promotes the transfer of knowledge and best practices, supports the modernization of higher education, and advances research-driven solutions for climate resilience, clean energy transition, and sustainable development in the region.
