How NISHATI Delivers Impact
The NISHATI Project is implemented through seven integrated Work Packages addressing eco-agriculture, water management, green energy, innovative teaching, curriculum development, capacity building, and communication, ensuring coordinated delivery of sustainable education, research, and skills development across partner institutions.
WP1 – Project Management, Financial and Monitoring Framework
This work package ensures effective coordination, financial management, monitoring, and evaluation of the project, providing governance structures and ensuring compliance with project objectives and funding requirements.
WP2 – Innovative Teaching, Academic Quality Assessment and Inclusion Strategy
WP2 focuses on developing and implementing innovative teaching and learning methodologies, strengthening academic quality assurance, and promoting inclusive education practices across partner institutions.
WP3 – Innovation in Existing and New Curricula
This work package modernizes undergraduate and postgraduate curricula by integrating sustainability concepts, emerging topics, and technical competencies aligned with sustainable development goals and future employability.
WP4 – Practical Laboratories and Community Services
WP4 supports the establishment and upgrading of practical laboratories and promotes community-oriented services to enhance hands-on learning, applied research, and dissemination of sustainable technologies.
WP5 – Training of Trainers
This work package strengthens staff capacities through specialized training sessions delivered by European partners and industry experts, enhancing teaching quality and fostering academic and entrepreneurial skills.
WP6 – Delivery of Courses and Business Skills Lab
WP6 focuses on delivering newly developed courses and business skills laboratories, connecting academic knowledge with industry practice and supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration with enterprises.
WP7 – Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation
This work package ensures effective communication, dissemination, and exploitation of project results through digital platforms, events, and stakeholder engagement at local, regional, and international levels.
