Drocelle Nyiransabimana is an academic and project team member at the University of Technology & Arts of Byumba with experience in higher education development, sustainability-oriented training, and institutional collaboration. Her work focuses on supporting teaching, learning, and capacity-building initiatives that respond to regional development priorities, particularly within the context of sustainable resource use and skills development.

Within the NISHATI Project, Drocelle Nyiransabimana contributes to project implementation activities, coordination of trainings, and academic engagement at institutional level. She supports the integration of sustainability concepts into teaching and learning processes and participates in collaborative activities aimed at strengthening institutional capacity and regional cooperation among partner universities.

Her professional interests include sustainable development, higher education innovation, gender-responsive education, and community-oriented academic engagement. Through her involvement in NISHATI, she contributes to advancing inclusive, skills-based education and long-term institutional impact in Rwanda and the wider East African region.
