Labeja Richard Louis is an academic and project team member at Gulu University with experience in higher education, sustainability-focused initiatives, and institutional collaboration. Within the NISHATI Project, Labeja Richard Louis contributes to project implementation, coordination of training activities, and academic engagement at institutional level.
