Valentina Sorbi is a DEI Senior Expert, Trainer, and Professional Coach affiliated with Fondazione Libellula. She holds a degree in Contemporary History and has extensive international experience working across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Her professional background includes project management, coordination of territorial and international initiatives, and empowerment programs focused on women and minority groups.

Valentina currently supports profit and non-profit organizations through DEI consulting, training, and coaching, with a focus on gender, cultural, ethnic, and generational diversity. She strongly believes in the transformative value of DEI as a strategic lever for sustainable organizational growth and social impact, and actively contributes to education and awareness initiatives at multiple levels.
