Dr. Mayka García García is a researcher and academic at the University of Cádiz with over 20 years of experience in equality, inclusion, and educational research. She holds the position of Full Professor in Didactics and School Organization and has played a leading role in advancing inclusive education at institutional and policy levels.

She has served as Director of the Secretariat for Inclusion Policies and as the Rector’s Delegate for Equality and Inclusion Policies. Dr. García García also directs the Research Group HUM 230 “Educational Research Eduardo Benot,” focusing on social inclusion, equity, inclusive education policies, and innovative educational practices. Her academic contributions span teaching, research leadership, and institutional transformation.
